This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it can take a little longer to deliver. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions. While your order may arrive sooner, we ask that you please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery, as times vary depending on location. Some items may ship separately based on the order, but rest assured, everything will arrive as quickly as possible.

Refunds & Returns:
1. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, wrong decision, incorrect garment size/colour/product type selection, errors in shipping address details entered by the customer, or care instructions have not been followed and as a result have damaged the product. Please choose your items carefully before making a purchase.

2. Faulty Products: Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law guidelines, if a product is found to be faulty or damaged you will have the option to choose between a refund or a replacement. Please contact us via email at nickthehappyharvester@gmail.com to initiate the refund process.
When reporting a problem please include the following:
- A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
- Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
- Proof of purchase.
Please note that all returns are subject to assessment, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is deemed to have been damaged intentionally or through misuse.
